The next page works with so called pop-ups. These are windows with information on the lines you 'touch' with your mouse. Pop-ups sometimes are used for nasty tricks.

Therefore Windows with Service Pack 2 often warns. In this case there is no problem. You can accept by doing this:

In the first window click "OK"
Go to the yellow bar and click
Give permission to show blocked content
Click "YES"

Then explanation pop-ups appear.
